Does Gym Gym require an account?

No. No sign-up, no email address, no account of any kind. Open the app and start logging.

Gym Gym works fully offline. Open it at the gym, log your sets, done. No connection needed. Your data lives on your device.

What is Gym Gym Pro?

Pro removes the free-tier limits and gives you unlimited logging, full workout history, detailed training statistics, custom routines, Apple Health export, and iCloud sync. Available as a monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase.

How does Gym Gym track personal records?

PRs are tracked automatically for every exercise, every session. When you set a new personal best, the app logs it immediately. You can view your full PR history and timeline for any exercise.

What stats does Gym Gym track?

Total volume per session and per exercise. Average intensity. Set counts. Muscle group distribution. PR timelines. You can filter by exercise, date range, or muscle group.

Does Gym Gym sync between iPhones?

Yes, through your private iCloud account. Enable iCloud sync in your device settings and your workouts follow you to any iPhone you sign in to. Gym Gym Pro is required for iCloud sync.

Does Gym Gym integrate with Apple Health?

Yes. With your permission, Gym Gym writes your workout start and end times to Apple Health. That is the only thing it writes. It does not read any data from Apple Health. Health access is optional and can be revoked at any time.

How does Gym Gym compare to Strong?

Strong is a solid tracker and has been around longer. The main differences: Gym Gym does not require an account, iCloud sync is built in for Pro users, and there is a one-time lifetime purchase option. Strong uses a subscription-only model. Both track sets, reps, and weight well. If you want no account requirement and built-in Apple sync, Gym Gym fits better.

How do I cancel my Gym Gym Pro subscription?

Cancel through your Apple App Store account settings, the same way you cancel any App Store subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Is my workout data private?

Your data stays on your device and, if you enable it, in your private iCloud storage. We do not operate servers that store your workout data. We do not sell data or share it with advertisers. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
